1. Data controller
The data controller for manibor.com is MANIBOR SAS, registered office at 15 avenue des Mérisiers, 94130 Nogent-sur-Marne, France (SIREN 988 603 908). Contact: jerome@manibor.com.
2. What we collect
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this website. We process personal data only when you reach out to us directly — by email, or via the contact channels we publish. In that case, we process the information you choose to send (typically: name, email, company, message content).
Server logs may be kept by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) for security and service-continuity purposes, in line with their own policies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data you send us solely to respond to your request, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain the conversation for as long as it is relevant. The legal basis is your explicit consent (you reached out) and the pre-contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep professional correspondence for as long as the relationship is active. If the contact does not result in a contractual relationship, we delete or anonymize the data within 3 years after the last interaction, in line with CNIL guidelines on prospect data retention.
For client engagements, we keep contractual and accounting data for the legal retention periods applicable in France (10 years for accounting documents).
5. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Operational data may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (Google Workspace), both bound by their own GDPR-compliant contracts.
6. International transfers
Our hosting provider (Vercel, USA) and email provider (Google, USA) may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are framed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Object to processing or restrict it
- Data portability where applicable
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr)
