When AI carries the result, the engineering is not just plugging in an API. Before every release, we test our AI against 1,000+ real cases — to see what it actually gets right, not what we’d like to believe. When an AI provider ships a new version, our tests immediately catch what’s degraded. Every day, we measure how much one answer from our AI costs, and how long it takes to come back. We treat AI like serious code — not like a gadget.

Scoped, shipped, handed back.

No opaque procurement, no proposal carousel. You send us a paragraph. We send back a written scope with a price. Then we ship with you, sprint by sprint — not in our corner.

3.1 — ScopeOne signed scope, one delivery date. 4 to 12 weeks per project. Quote sent within 48 hours of the first call.

3.2 — TeamThe team is sized to your project and named in the contract. From founder-led on smaller projects, up to four experienced engineers brought in through our network. No beginners on your project. No middlemen.

3.3 — Tailor-madeNo standard rate card, no off-the-shelf package. The price is sized to your project — scope, team, duration. We put it in writing in the contract, and we stick to it. Paid in two halves: half on start, half on delivery.

3.4 — Sprint by sprintShort sprints. Every day, we drop the code we wrote into yours. Every week, a written update and a call together — to adjust course, not discover it six months later. The code is yours from day one, documented, picked up by another engineer without friction.

3.5 — After delivery30-day warranty after delivery. Optional monthly maintenance for AI in service: checks, monitoring, model updates.

Twelve years of engineering at growing tech companies: medical appointment booking at Doctolib (350+ facilities), engineering lead at Kolsquare, co-founder and CTO at Roadstr (100k+ users). Background in applied mathematics, EMLYON, ESCP, and screenwriting. Founded Manibor in 2025. Alongside client work, the studio builds its own AI products — including Sheed, an iPhone app for meeting people in real life, in closed beta.
